Our Refund Policy
All products sold on NaijaBlogHub.com are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued after payment is completed.
Why No Refunds?
Once a digital product is delivered and downloaded, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can. The content is immediately accessible and cannot be recalled. For this reason, I do not offer refunds after purchase.
Before You Buy
I encourage you to:
- Read the full product description carefully before purchasing
- Check the free blog posts to get a sense of the quality and style of my content
- Contact me via the contact form if you have questions before purchasing
Exceptions
I will only consider a refund or replacement in the following situation:
- You were charged but did not receive access to the product (technical delivery failure)
In this case, contact me at hello@naijabloghub.com within 48 hours of purchase with your order details and I will resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting me first will result in permanent suspension from purchasing any future products from this site and may be reported to Sellar.com.
